How to use the Pokémon wheel

  1. Click Spin to pick a random Pokémon.
  2. The name appears in the result window, even though the labels on a 151-slice wheel are small.
  3. Press Remove from wheel to build a team with no duplicates.

Challenges with a random Pokémon

  • Random team challenge: spin six times and beat the game, or a friend, with that team only.
  • Draw it from memory: spin and sketch the Pokémon without looking it up, then compare.
  • Fan quiz: spin and name its type, evolution or Pokédex number.

Which Pokémon are on the wheel?

The original 151 from Generation 1 (Red, Blue and Yellow), in Pokédex order from Bulbasaur to Mew. Each has an equal chance.

Can I add Pokémon from other generations?

Yes. Paste any Pokémon names into the entries box, one per line. The wheel holds up to 500 entries.

How do I build a random team of six?

Spin six times and press "Remove from wheel" after each pick so you don't get duplicates. That's your challenge team.
